Job Description

Portfolio management & team foundation
- Develop processes for managing portfolio of Social Trust &Safety projects and manage implementation of processes
- Intake and prioritization
- Weekly reports
- Milestone reviews
- Weekly team meeting
- Own internal communications for portfolio status
- Update chorus to reflect current team, service offerings and how to engage us
- Support vetting of potential external engagement partners (supports the work but is not the DRI)
- Handle administrative and contractual facets of relationships and engagements
- Contracts
- Budgets
- Scheduling
- Tracking
- Ensure engagements are meeting regulatory guidelines
- Support expansion of project to new regions
- Identify external resources in new regions
- Work with marcom to launch resources
- Identify and rollout new support resources for new focus areas
Salary : $100 - $112
