Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ecommerce Manager to manage our company's online business on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace and be able to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue while also managing day-to-day operations on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on Amazon and Shopify
- Optimize product listings, keywords, and other content to improve search rankings and conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product development, to drive growth and profitability
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience managing an Amazon e-commerce business or Shopify store
- Strong knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, policies, and best practices
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth on Amazon
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Bilingual in Mandarin preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
