We are seeking a Golf Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a strong ability to analyze market trends. Salary range: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year, plus bonus eligibility
Schedule & Location: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM | On-site in Huntington Beach, CA 92649; Candidates must commute reliably or relocate before starting.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Manage accounts through effective account management practices
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to drive revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Account management expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
