Winn Outdoor Washing is a window cleaning company based in the treasure valley. Our focus is to have a fun and energetic culture, stepping away from the traditional corporate mindset of work. We hire solely based on character, and we train to strengthen the skills you already have. While we work hard, you can rest assured that if the boss doesn't want to do the task, no one has to. We are stepping into our second year of business with a client list of over 250 and a goal of 800 by the end of this year. Job Responsibilities
Our technicians have only two focuses; do a thorough job while cleaning and converse with the clients! There are multiple ways to succeed in this position but all of them come down to putting in the time to perfect your craft and giving all your effort every day. This position is very laid back, but you still get compensated well for your work. Your pay will be dependent on how productive you are at each job. We offer either commission or hourly pay so we can better fit your goals.
