What are the responsibilities and job description for the GS/Cage Master Bank position at WinnaVegas Casino Resort?
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for contents in the vault. Verifies and does buys for cage cashiers for exchange of chips, coin, currency, and fill bags.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Verifies and does buys for banks in the cage.
2. Issuing tills for the Bar, gift shop, buffet, and snack bar.
3. Handles tokes for cage cashiers.
4. Provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to customers and employees. 5. Must learn all banks ranging from cashier window to master bank.
6. Balances and accounts for all contents of bank recording all information on proper forms.
7. Read, understand and adhere to Gaming Compact and Winnebago Tribe Gaming Code, Rules and Regulations, Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures, Departmental Rules.
8. Responsible for bank deposits
9. Must attend all meetings and/or training as directed by management.
10. Verify and takes into accountability monies from hard count and soft count.
11. Verification of ticket in ticket out summary per shift.
12. Must perform duties as assigned.
AUTHORITY AND SUPERVISORY CAPACITY
Possesses authority needed to accomplish 1 – 12 above.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Comprehensive computer skills.
- Ability to run a ten key calculator.
- 2 years experience handling money and working in cage.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good organizational and clerical skills required.
- Must be able to obtain gaming license.
- Bi-cultural experience preferred.
- Native American preference.

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
1. Must have a telephone.
2. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
3. Ability to learn and operate various Cage machinery.
4. Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.
