What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Dealer position at WinnaVegas Casino Resort?
JOB SUMMARY:
To provide courteous and efficient table games service to guests in accordance with company standards and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.
JOB DUTIES:
1. To make every effort to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.
2. Maintains security and accountability of funds entrusted by assuring and maintaining proper procedure according to company policy.
3. Maintains performance standards; achieve and maintain 325 hands per hour for BJ; maintain adequately paced roulette game, 40-60 spins per hour.
4. Endeavor to improve personal skills and abilities of an operational nature.
5. Ensures all facilities and equipment are functioning properly within assigned area.
6. Greets customers and see that players are properly hosted.
7. To present self in a neat and professional manner in assigned uniform.
8. Always perform duties in a positive and professional manner.
9. Adheres to and enforces all policies and procedures
10. Performs all policies and procedures.
11. Performs Floor Supervisor duties as assigned (see Floor Supervisor Job description for signature & sensitive area authority)
12. Required attending training classes as assigned by management.
13. Read, understand and adhere to Iowa Gaming Rules and Regulations and Winnebago Tribe Gaming Rules and Regulations.
AUTHORITY AND SUPERVISORY CAPACITY
· Possesses authority needed to accomplish 1 – 13 above.

- Credit/Fill receipt.
ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:
- Pit and Poker Room
- With Security escort in accordance with Internal Controls.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Comprehensive computer skills.
- Previous money handling experience preferred
- Must have excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Must have excellent mathematical skills.
- Must also complete the dealer training and/or on site audition.
- Six months to one year related experience or training.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good organizational and clerical skills required.
- Must be able to obtain gaming license.
- Bi-cultural experience preferred.
- Native American preference.
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
1. Must have a telephone.
2. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
3. The employee must be able to engage in repetitive hand and arm motion.
4. Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.
