What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Pipeline Specialist position at WinnCompanies LLC?
WinnCompanies is looking for a Compliance Pipeline Specialist to join our corporate team. In this role, you will support the Development and Operations teams in the onboarding of new properties, oversee lease-up duties, and ensure owner and investor expectations are met or exceeded.
Please note that this position pays $95,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule : Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM.
This is a remote position; the selected candidate must live in a state that WinnCompanies currently operates in.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and participate in software setup in the onboarding of new properties under management (both lease-up‘s and occupied) and refinanced properties through analysis and interpretation of regulatory documents.
- Lead development and implementation of Compliance and Compliance related leasing strategies, materials, policies, plans, and procedures specific to the property as required to assist in the onboarding of new or refinanced properties to ensure a seamless transition.
- Attend and participate in all Winn-Start Calls, provide Compliance-related guidance as needed, and ensure all property setup deadlines are met.
- Monitor lease-up activities and progress towards established goals from initial certification through stabilization.
- Act as liaison and consult with various departments, agencies, investors, third party compliance vendors, and / or clients through meetings, conference calls, helpdesk ticket completion, etc., to efficiently respond to compliance related inquiries or concerns.
- Travel every other month as needed.
