WinnCompanies is looking for an Environmental Maintenance Supervisor to join our military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the maintenance department as it pertains to environmental work orders and projects. This will include work orders, tasks, and follow-ups as they relate to lead-based paint, asbestos, microbial growth, and moisture damage across all maintenance departments.
You will also perform oversight of maintenance staff by ensuring the team members in the field complete related work orders in accordance with time and quality expectations.
\n- Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the technicians, subcontractors, and residential service coordinators to facilitate the requirements for the location assigned.
- Adjust technicians' schedules as needed to complete all work requests in a timely manner. Develop and support technicians.
- Ensure required environmental training is current and work with team members and other parties to ensure compliance. Must comply with LendLease environmental policies, state, and federal laws.
- Coordinate environmental service orders, which includes investigating and resolving resident complaints and coordinating subcontractor work.
- Work closely with the COM department to ensure timely completion of homes to maximize occupancy. Communicate with communities and service department to maximize resident satisfaction.
- Perform quality control checks for service request process for technician and subcontracted work to ensure time and quality expectations are met in the field of environmental compliance.
- May be responsible for duties of Maintenance Technicians, Coordinators, and other Field Supervisors in their absence or as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in environmental task management.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Ability to obtain the following certifications within 90 days: Lead Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Paint Certification, OHSA 16 (Asbestos) Certification, and Lendlease Mold Management Training.
- Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Vocational or technical training.
