WinnCompanies is looking for a Landscaper to join our team at Edison Village located in Bakersfield, CA. In this role, you will be involved in the landscape plan, design and implementation of the property. You will perform landscaping functions to ensure the appearance and physical condition of the property is maintained to expectations.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in landscape design including but not limited to research, design, recommendations, presentations for ownership and management and planting sample areasMaintain grounds by planting, fertilizing and watering flowers; edging and weeding flower beds; installing mulch; and pruning shrubsLandscape design implementation and oversight including ordering plants, planting, monitoring and follow up carePerform preventive maintenance and upkeep on property planters, garden furniture, landscape tools, watering cart and other items as neededPerform special assignments as needed or requestedRequirementsHigh School diploma or GED2 years of relevant work experienceBasic understanding of computer systems including Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skills and customer service skills
