The Digital Marketing Manager at Chris-Craft is an essential part of the Marketing Team, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to promote the Chris-Craft brand. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and leads that translate into sales.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with production of all marketing materials including ad pages, collateral, website, brochures, and signage, while retaining the Chris-Craft brand image.
• Maintain and populate our customer facing websites - chriscraft.com and chriscraftdealers.com - constantly optimizing for best usability.
• Evaluate and improve metrics that drive our sales through monitoring our website traffic, leads, and target audience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO / SEM, email, and social media as well as measuring and reporting on performance.
• Maintain and improve upon our digital platforms- MyChrisCraft App and Salesforce CRM system.
• Work with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Teams to brainstorm strategies that improve the customer experience.
