As part of the Incoming Inspection/Supplier Quality role you will be working within the warehouse team to ensure manufacturing is supplied with the materials they need to meet their daily production rates.
Job Responsibilities
- Incoming Inspection: All materials entering the facility should be verified that they conform to the quality of incoming product as expected.
- Documentation: Records should be accurate, complete, and organized.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: C ommunicating with department leads, buyers, and the supplier quality led to ensure potential non-conforming parts are moving through the process in a timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and bring forward opportunities for process improvements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and standards, addressing any potential safety issues and implementing necessary changes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to stay on task and be flexible and reliable when changes occur.
- Adhere to all policy and safety regulations.
- Perform other general duties as directed.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Report all incidents/damages as well as voice safety concerns to improve safety awareness.
