What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rail Build- Rail Skinning/QC position at Winnebago Industries?
Position Summary
Working as a member of the Rail Build Dept, this position is responsible for doing Quality checks on rear/bow rails. Including finding defects (scratches, dents, etc) on panels and fixing scratches, dents, gouges on rails. Being able to lift over 40 lbs multiple times a day is required.
There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta (Production I and Production II) which may be differentiated based upon and individual’s specialized skills, abilities, previous work experience, and ability to work across multiple (3 or more) production departments.
Individuals in any of these roles must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.
