Winnebago is an iconic American brand synonymous with RV’ing and the great outdoors. We are looking for our next product marketing leader based at our Eden Prairie, MN location who will lead the growth of our brand through enhanced omni-channel go-to-market efforts. The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will provide strategic direction and thought leadership to the product marketing organization, which will emanate from a superior understanding of the current customer’s attributes, leveraging insights to expand to new customer segments. Alignment with product development and Product Managers will be key to the success of this role. This individual will be responsible for strengthening Winnebago’s go-to-market approach, for both Motorhome and Towables business unit, aligned with our brand efforts. Responsibilities include consumer product marketing strategy in coordination with the product development process; dealer marketing engagement; consumer research; and PR. This position will define product marketing objectives, and work with high paced, dynamic, cross-functional partners to implement respective key results.
Day to Day of the Role :
- Develop, articulate, and champion a product marketing vision and strategy for Motorhome and Towables products, including leading product go-to-market efforts.
- Drive coordination and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Digital Product, Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Design, Engineering and more).
- Influence business direction and develop strategic product input and positioning through lens of broader vision, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Lead insights and research efforts to engage in consumer segmentation and identify as well as address the needs of our users.
- Identify product growth opportunities through marketing efforts and work with cross-functional partners to test and implement.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and training, strategic dealer partners and product management to maximize awareness and effectiveness of pull-through strategies. Work effectively as a partner with other team leaders to drive sales and enhance the overall Winnebago brand.
- Lead PR efforts in coordination with agency partners.
- Work to create financial and productivity efficiencies within the product marketing space.
- Develop and manage the product marketing budget.
- Lead, manage, and develop teams of talented marketing and creative professionals.
- Lead and manage agency relationships.
- Up to 40% travel.

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $165,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $190,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
