Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify service and repair needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process.
- Upsell additional services and maintenance packages as appropriate.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service history.

Requirments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license
