What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter position at Winner Automotive Group?
Winner Chevrolet is looking to for an experienced Parts Counter Person to add to their Fixed Operations Team! The Fixed Operations Team at Winner Chevrolet is currently growing our business and needs a motivated and energetic person who has Parts Department experience who is also a great communicator. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in a large OEM automotive dealership, have experience with CDK DMS, familiarity with General Motors parts process and be willing to support the service shop and our external customers with excellent customer service. Our Service Department consists of 3 experience Service Advisors, 13 flat rate technicians, most of which with at least a decade of automotive service experience. Managing the parts process includes, looking up parts and relaying their price and availability, managing inventory, being resourceful in procurement of rare/hard to find parts, and general support of the Fixed Operations Department to grow our business.
