Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project management aligns with client expectations and company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends that can impact business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients showcasing our products/services and their benefits.
- Monitor the dealer website and assist in the sales process electronically
Requirements
