Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time clinical physician lead to oversee clinical and administrative responsibilities under the CMO's supervision. Key duties include:

Providing high-quality geriatric care to residents and home-bound patients.
Collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants, offering support and oversight.
Auditing medical orders and documentation for compliance.
Identifying growth opportunities in skilled and senior living facilities.
Participating in call processes to manage acute patient needs.
Focusing on quality outcomes and care path compliance.

Qualifications include a medical degree, board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, and at least two years of administrative leadership experience. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential.

Salary range: USD $187,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year.
