- Mixing and Blending:Accurately mix raw materials according to established formulas and procedures to produce the desired chemical mixtures.
- Quality Control:Ensure the quality and accuracy of the blends by performing necessary checks and tests.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of materials used, batch numbers, and production data.
- Equipment Operation:Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment, including pumps, mixers, and tanks.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to blending processes, equipment malfunctions, or product quality.
