Overview

General Laborer for opening preparation, working with the maintenance department for a short term. Must be available for immediate start date.

Responsibilities

General Ground work in addtion to:Â

Climbing on 6â€™ ladder
Carrying up to 100 lbs
Running power tools
power washing
Working with rakes and shovels

Qualifications

Proven Experience as handy man.Â
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.Â
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.Â
Basic math skills.
Good Communication ability.
Well-organized and apt in problem-solving.
Attention to detail.
