Required Qualifications:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Scrum, Agile, and UI/UX requirement gathering to collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers. The ideal candidate will define business requirements, create user stories, and ensure seamless UX/UX integration in Agile projects.

Key Skills:

• 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and UI/UX requirements.
• Work with Agile teams on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams.
• Support QA and UAT processes, ensuring alignment with requirements.
