We are currently looking for the perfect Human Resource Coordinator, this position is responsible for:
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Performance evaluations
- Safety/Worker's Compensation claims
- General Orientation
- Assist with payroll processing
- Team member education and disciplinary actions
- Compliance with State and Federal regulations
- Benefit Administration
- And anything else you can do to support the team and residents!
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and healthcare/human resource experience is preferred. The selected candidate must also conduct an Illinois Healthcare Worker background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
