Winnisquam Marine is seeking an energetic and motivated Rental Manager to join our team at our Lake Winnipesaukee location (Winni Marine)! Our rental fleet features brand-new boats, and we are committed to creating a fun, safe, and seamless experience for every guest. This is a seasonal, full-time position from April to October/November. However, for the right candidate, this could develop into a year-round, full-time opportunity. Weekend availability is required.
As the Rental Manager, you will be responsible for training, motivating, and leading the dock crew to ensure peak performance. You will oversee the rental boat fleet, ensuring all boats are maintained in top condition and meet company standards. A key aspect of this role is delivering exceptional customer service, which includes handling and resolving any guest concerns professionally. You will also be expected to supervise, schedule, and direct the dock crew efficiently while communicating any safety, quality, or operational concerns to the Owner. Daily duties will also include performing opening and closing procedures, completing end-of-day closeout tasks, and managing accountability and sales reports.
