What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Analyst position at WinnMed?
WinnMed is seeking to hire a full time Infrastructure Analyst in our Information Technology Department!
This position is responsible for the WinnMed workstations, hardware peripherals, and ancillary software. In addition, this position provides assistance to the Lead Infrastructure Analyst for all network infrastructure related tasks, security and implementation.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
Required On-Call Rotation:
- Rotating every 9th week for general information technology needs
- 2-year degree in computer technology or related field required
- 2-year experience in the design, configuration, installation and management of technical infrastructure environment with a minimum of 100 nodes required.
- 2-year experience in operating, supporting software and hardware technologies required
- Previous experience supporting telecommunication systems and virtual server and desktop environments beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to balance several tasks at one
- Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English.
