What are the responsibilities and job description for the Triage RN - Emergency (Weekend Package) position at WinnMed?
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus. Eligible for full time benefits. WinnMed is seeking to hire a full time Registered Nurse to join our hospital Emergency Department. Emergency Department (ED) RNs provide patient care to a variety of patients who present to the ED and/or Urgent Care, including infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. ED is open 24/7 and staffed by physicians, RNs, paramedics/ EMTs, CNAs, and registration staff. Weekend Package Schedule:
- 9 :00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. every Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 5 out of 6 weekends
- 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period)
- 12-hour shifts
- Degree in nursing required
- Current RN license to practice in Iowa required
- Previous experience preferred
- BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certification required; Can certify through WMC.
- Must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player
