Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner: Outpatient Internal Medicine
- Full time to part-time employed position, joining an established team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, nurses and support staff

- Responsible for both chronic care and acute care management of internal medicine patients
- 13-15 visits per day
- Monday through Friday; no holidays or weekends
- Close working relationships with the physician leaders in Primary Care, Surgery, Radiology, & Hospitalists departments
- Participate in process improvement activities & impact care delivery
- Modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment and technology, including fully integrated EMR, Dragon, Dynamic Documentation (Oracle/Cerner)
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a Physician Assistant training program accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or equivalent
- Maintenance of an active Minnesota Physician Assistant license
- Current certification by the NCCPA
- Current certification in ACLS
OR
- Successful completion of a Masters or Doctorate in Science degree in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
- Maintenance of an active Minnesota APRN license
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or equivalent
- Current certification in ACLS
