As a Wound Care Nurse RN at Winona Manor, your daily responsibilities will focus on assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various wound care needs. Expect to perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and implement care plans, and provide education to patients and their families regarding wound management and prevention strategies. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for residents, documenting care progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Your schedule will include working every other weekend, with flexibility during the week to accommodate your professional and personal commitments. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
