Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Hanger to join our team. As a Line Hanger, you will be responsible for hanging products on the production line. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail. This position is second shift and the hours are 2pm-10pm, with possible overtime.
Duties:
- Hang parts on the production line according to established procedures
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet specifications
- Operate equipment such as hooks, racks, and conveyors
- Follow all Quality policy and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hanging position in manufacturing is preferred
- Ability to learn and understand customer inspection criteria
- Ability to adhere to safety protocol
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
