What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Cleaning Associate position at Winona Powder Coating?
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our facility.
*Responsibilities*
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing multiple restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
-Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies at the plant
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in cleaning at a manufacturer or plant is required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
- Flexibility is key, as shifts may vary, and while weekend availability may occasionally be required, it is not the norm (work hours may fall between 6 am and 8 pm)
