Position: Inside Sales Assistant
Location: Brea, CA - Full- Time Onsite
Position Description As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Inside Sales and Business Development teams, assisting with order processing, customer communications, and administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Inside Sales department with order and quote entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all purchase orders (POs) are accurate and comply with customer specifications and contract flow-downs.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and addressing inquiries.
- Monitor order progress, coordinate with production teams, and update customers on lead times and delivery schedules.
- Maintain detailed sales records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with customer account management, including order tracking, issue resolution, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Support sales team members with proposal preparation, contract documentation, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of customer specifications, contracts, and sales materials.
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, inside sales, or administrative role (preferably in a manufacturing).
- Strong understanding of order processing, quoting, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hourly Pay: $20 - $22 hourly Pay depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills.
