**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as Director of Community Engagement for our Georgia region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to engage churches and community partners in partnership with WinShape Homes.

WinShape Foundation is a Biblically-based Christian non-profit organization that seeks to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life. We do this through five core ministries that each use scriptural truth to offer summer camp, foster care, team and leader development, college student discipleship, and marriage enrichment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for marketing, communications, and relationship cultivation plans for churches in Georgia.
- Oversight of new church partnerships in Georgia, including logistics of church launches.
- Identify opportunities for the Strategic Partnership Team to participate in speaking engagements in churches, community groups, and businesses.
- Collaborate with the Director, Strategic Partnerships and Manager of Marketing to develop effective marketing strategies for churches in Georgia.
- Work closely with Coordinator, Care Communities to provide continuity of care for the development of foster care ministries within Georgia churches.
- Plan and implement special events and relationships with community partners to expand scope of collaboration in Georgia.
- Maintain ongoing contact with ministry partners in Georgia.
- Build and maintain a database of contacts.
- Track and record all activities with church and community partners.
Qualifications:
- A self-professing Christ-follower actively involved in a Christian faith community.
- Exemplifies servant leadership as modeled by Jesus Christ.
- Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in church engagement and ministry, communications, and relationship cultivation.
- Bachelor's or associate degree, or related experience in foster care or church ministry.
- Experience with Salesforce CMS platform preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel throughout Georgia and other states as needed.
- Willingness to speak and represent WinShape Homes at churches, businesses, and other community events.
- Good organizational skills and management ability.
- Exceptional professionalism and ability to interact at all levels within the organization.
