Job Description
The Ministry Partnership Leader will be responsible for leading our church engagement efforts in Georgia. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive church engagement strategy, building and maintaining relationships with ministry partners, and providing excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive church engagement strategy for Georgia, including marketing, communications, and relationship cultivation plans.
- Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Partnerships Homes to oversee and execute the strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with ministry partners in Georgia.
- Plan and implement special events and partnerships to expand the scope of collaboration in Georgia.
Requirements
- A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and consistently pursuing Christ.
- 4-6 years of experience in church engagement and ministry, communications, and relationship cultivation.
- Bachelor's or associate degree, or related experience in foster care or church ministry.
