Job Duties:
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, provide maintenance and ensure quality control on a wide range of equipment such as pressure gauges, hydraulic and manual torque wrenches, torque guns, and more
- Pay meticulous attention to detail while documenting calibration procedures, results, and any deviations from expected values
- Interact with customers to build strong relationships and ensure customers satisfaction through exceptional service
- Maintain functionality and cleanliness of the calibration lab and equipment
- Continued advancement of technical skills, calibration, and quality assurance knowledge
- Participate and take the lead on annual audits
- Operate within full compliance of all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and ISO quality assurance systems at all times
- Maintain professional behavior and appearance
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a calibration lab
- Strong understanding of measurement principles and calibration techniques
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and calibration software applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
