About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
