About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing direct care and support to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintaining accurate records of patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:
