E-Commerce Specialist

Job Duties

• Key Responsibilities:
• Advertising Campaigns:
• Develop and execute advertising strategies across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon).
• Create targeted campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales.
• Monitor ad performance, optimize budget allocation, and adjust strategies based on data and trends.
• Product Listings & Promotions:
• Manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search engines and advertising platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and flash sales to drive visibility and attract customers.
• Analyze campaign results and continuously improve listings to maximize ad effectiveness.
• Channel Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce channels (e.g., Shopify, Amazon), ensuring smooth product availability, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure all aspects of the e-commerce experience align with sales goals.
• Data & Performance Tracking:
• Use data analytics to track ad performance, sales conversion, and customer behavior across channels.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Customer Engagement:
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement through advertising, promotions, and personalized offers.
• Use feedback and insights from customer interactions to adjust campaigns and improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in eCommerce website management and online marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
