Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Schedule meetings and manage executive and team calendars
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper-based)
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment
- Provide general support to visitors and assist with front desk duties
- Run errands to support office and team needs
Human Resources & Employee Support
- Assist with new employee onboarding and exit processes
- Support employee relations and internal communication
- Help coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Accounting & Data Entry
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks
- Perform accurate data entry and help maintain financial records
Travel & Logistics
- Book travel arrangements for staff, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and offsite events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver’s license (for running office-related errands, if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with basic bookkeeping software, QuickBooks
- Prior experience assisting with HR or employee engagement initiatives

Monday-Friday noon-5pm with potential option for expanded hours as the role expands
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
