Winstead's Fort Worth office is seeking a receptionist to join our team. An experienced receptionist is needed to greet visitors and clients, answer and transfer incoming calls, and support the office with various administrative tasks. This position requires previous administrative experience in a professional setting which includes prior reception area experience, general office, and conference center experience. Additionally, this position provides back-up support for the office services function to include receiving and sorting mail, scanning and copying, maintaining office supplies, and preparing the kitchen and conference rooms. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
