Position Summary
Warehouse technicians conduct daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, managing cycle counts, ensuring the efficient picking and packing of goods. This position requires an attention to detail and organizational skills.
This position is on-site at corporate offices located in Eagan, Minnesota.
Primary Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, movement, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Pull, consolidate, pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Communicate receipt of goods from vendors to logistics department
- Assembly of orders as communicated by customers
- Packing and shipping of all partial assemblies
Professional Development
- Actively collaborate with all internal departments and communicate openly and effectively
- Participate in the development, communication, and execution of warehouse activities
- Optimization of warehouse process, procedure, and material flow
- All other duties as assigned by management

Preferred Experience
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar management position.
- Experience and/or aptitude with ERP systems
