What You’ll Do
As the Branch Manager at our new location in Denton, TX, you will be responsible for building, leading, and optimizing branch operations to deliver best-in-class service to customers while driving business growth. You will have the autonomy to develop your team, implement operational efficiencies, and execute strategies that contribute to our success.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team, setting clear goals and providing mentorship.
- Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships to drive growth and market share.
- Manage inventory and logistics to ensure consistent product availability.
- Partner with leadership to execute company initiatives and expand our footprint in the market.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational excellence.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in branch management, operations, or sales leadership within distribution, industrial supply, or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and manage branch profitability.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the waterworks, site utilities, or construction supply industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and operational analytics.
