What You'll Do
- Be the hero of the pool—keep guests safe and ensure they have an amazing experience!
- Keep an eye on swimmers, enforce pool rules, and help prevent any “uh-oh” moments.
- Jump into action if needed—rescue swimmers in distress and provide first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Maintain the pool area by testing water quality and ensuring everything is clean and in top shape.
- Answer guest questions with a friendly attitude and make sure everyone is having a great time!
- Assist with poolside setup, decorations, and fun hotel activities.
- Work closely with the team and keep the positive energy flowing!
- Willing to be Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or equivalent) CPR & First Aid certification (We will provide the certification courses & test free of charge).
- A strong swimmer who can recognize and respond to water emergencies.
- Friendly, alert, and confident with great communication skills.
- Someone who takes safety seriously but can also bring the fun!
- Ability to stay focused and energized, even on busy pool days.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Work at one of the top resorts in the area!
- Flexible schedules—perfect for students or those looking for seasonal work.
