Key Responsibilities
- Welcome Guests with a Splash! Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, making their experience smooth, fun, and memorable.
- Guest Experience Rockstar: Ensure complete guest satisfaction by anticipating and addressing their needs in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Reservation Master: Handle reservations, including over the phone and in-person bookings, and provide guests with all the information they need about our poolside services.
- Handle Concerns with Grace: Address guest concerns and inquiries, from poolside service to local dining recommendations, ensuring that every guest leaves happy.
- Coordinate the Fun: Assist guests with requests, book poolside reservations, and provide helpful directions to nearby attractions and services.
- Manage the Poolside Scene: Keep the front desk area neat and clean while ensuring guests have access to all the information they need about pool hours, events, and facilities.
- Team Player: Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best possible experience for guests, from housekeeping to food & beverage.
- Safety First: Understand and follow all emergency procedures related to pool and resort safety to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
- Upsell with Style: Drive the revenue management process by promoting poolside amenities and services.
- Passion for Hospitality: Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is just as important.
- Strong Communication Skills: You'll be the voice of the pool, so being able to communicate clearly and effectively is key!
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills to assist with guest reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
- Multitasker Extraordinaire: The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy, poolside environment while keeping your cool.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Ability to maintain privacy and handle sensitive guest information with care.
