Summary: We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to work on a per diem/prn basis in a hospital setting.
About the Job:
We are looking for a CRNA who can provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital-based setting and be comfortable with a variety of cases, including general surgical cases, nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and prepare patients for surgery
- Administer anesthesia medications and monitor patient response
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Board certification as a CRNA (AANA)
- Current licensure to practice nursing in Michigan
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- At least one year of experience as a CRNA, with block experience preferred
