Hospital #1- Level 1 Trauma Center, Hospital #2-Busy Community Hospital, ASC#1-MultispecialtyASAP - ongoingSchedule needed : Full time starting ASAC. would prefer if providers have availability for 12 hour shifts, but they are open to 8s and 10s. They do not allow OT for locums.No callEMR : EpicTrauma level 1Number of Operating Rooms : 16Medical direction model.Scrubs provided on site.Needs to be comfortable seeing all ages - perm staff will cover peds cases. Required cases : Spine, Urology, General, Orthopedics, Robotics, Endoscopy, Plastics, EP lab / Cath lab, Navigational Bronchoscopy, Craniotomies, Simple Vascular (facility employed staff will do all Open Hearts, Thoracotomies, Trauma Now, Obstetrics, Pediatrics.) Do not need to do heart / lung cases. No lines or blocks.Credentialing timeframe : 4 months
