Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in diverse healthcare environments.
- Perform IV insertion and medication administration with precision and care.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer treatments such as Botulinum toxin treatment and ostomy care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems, including eClinicalWorks.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
- Complete Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and ensure compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience in assisted living, medical office, or outpatient settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in IV insertion, medication administration, and other clinical skills.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges while maintaining a high standard of care.
