Job Summary

Responsibilities
Job Duties
- Support the Account Management and Account Training Management teams internally by assisting with brand callouts, one-off projects, and project recaps.
- Drive program execution through specific tasks and projects, directed by Account Managers and Account Training Managers.
- Utilize and strengthen the SVR/Photo process to visualize and communicate results.
- Assist Account Managers and Account Training Managers with various client deliverables, meeting or exceeding any applicable deadlines.
- Review client calendars as directed and make recommendations based on scheduling parameters.
- Assist with graphic tracking documents and project trackers.
- Continuously observe the work of the Account Managers and Account Training Managers, asking pointed questions and making relevant observations that further the success of the internship position.
- Visit NJ Flagship stores on an as-needed basis to work with the Winston Visual Team on key projects
- All other work-related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:
- Working knowledge of visual merchandising
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- High-level organization and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills, bother verbal and written
- Proven presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to learn and process new information quickly
- BS/BA in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Business, or Creative fields, or actively working towards a BS/BA degree in these fields
- Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising or related fields
- Actively involved in extracurricular activities related to the field of study
