Overview : Job Summary :
A Freelance Retail Merchandiser works with one or more of Winstons clients to support their on-floor presence through visual merchandising projects. The key focus will be on product placement, replenishment, and recovery by following a visual directive. In this position, you will work independently or as part of a team, as requested. This role is project-based and hours will fluctuate based on location and market needs.
Pay Rate : $19 / hour

Qualifications :
Experience Requirements :
1 years experience in retail merchandising
Required Skills :
Ability to work independently, timely, and efficiently
Expert in clear communication with store staff and through visit reports
Capable of executing visual directives and planograms
Tech savvy with smartphones, apps, and navigating online platforms
Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
