Salary: $45,000-$50,000

Job Summary
As the Operations Associate Regional, you will support the Regional Management team members with day-to-day zone operations and assist field team members who are responsible for managing store and project execution.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
Assist 6-7 members of the Regional Management team with the management of day-to-day zone operations with the desired result of consistently achieving monthly goal of 96% visit completion.
Tasks included, but not limited to:
- Manage Field Team calendar, confirmation process and schedule changes
- Manage Field Team report execution process, ensuring reports are submitted timely
- Assist in the management of field team expenses, process expense requests
- Process time off requests
- Process talent status changes
- Assist Field Team with visit execution/operation questions as needed
- Assist with Special Project Management as needed
- Assist with monthly close out process
- Provide out of office coverage for Regional Managers
- Provide weekend support within rotating Regional Manager support schedule
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Visual Merchandising Talent and Top-Level Merchandise Coordinator expertise
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, Zoom, MS Teams, and the ability to master our field visit report/photo reporting system and utilize Digital Photography
- Professional and influential demeanor with senior and middle management
- Strong independent work ethic and business acumen
- Ability to adjust to change regularly
- Must be exceptionally organized and a master at time management
- Must be solution-oriented, with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities
Education and Experience:
- 2 years of retail, wholesale, or branded apparel experience
- BA/BS Degree or Fashion/Merchandising Degree preferred, but not required
- Management experience in business or retail environment preferred
