Job Title: Retail Merchandiser-New Store Opening

Location: Clermont, FL

Dates: 6/16-6/20 1 week (project-based, may lead to other projects)

Pay: $21 - $23.00 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)

Expected Hours: 40 hours (Monday-Friday)

Job Overview

Winston Retail is hiring a visual merchandising team to collaborate with a leading sportswear retailer to assist in a store remodel. In this role, you will execute high-level merchandising displays in line with store standards, stocking, and styling mannequins.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assists in setting up apparel displays; updating fixture signing; and cleaning departments in areas that have been remodeled.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Day-to-day engagement - professional and courteous interaction with Winston and store employees.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently, or within a team environment.
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device.
• Ability to download and install an app on your smartphone, and upload reports via the Winston app.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand on feet the entire shift.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in retail apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
  
  

Technology: Smartphones are required for reporting; tablets are not supported. iOS users should use an iPhone 11 or newer, while Android users need a device from 2020 or later with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
