Responsibilities
- Champion the brand’s identity while creating a high-energy, customer-focused store culture
- Lead by example in engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a seamless shopping experience
- Manage all opening/closing procedures and ensure operational excellence daily
- Provide clear goals to Sales Ambassadors and coach them toward individual and store-wide targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store to align with visual standards
- Train and educate the team on product features and customer interaction best practices
- Monitor customer traffic trends and recommend staffing adjustments to maximize sales during peak hours
- Complete daily store visit reports, sharing insights and recommendations with your Regional Manager
- Communicate staffing gaps, performance issues, and scheduling needs in a timely manner
- 3 years of retail or specialty store management experience
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to convert interactions into purchases
- Friendly, outgoing, and motivated to deliver standout customer service
- Proven record of hitting or surpassing sales targets
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Comfortable with digital tools: MS Office, mobile reporting apps, and smartphone photography
- Able to capture clear before/after photos for store presentation tracking
- Must have a smartphone (iOS 8.0 / Android 8.0 ), and be comfortable with app-based reporting
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet throughout your shift
