Role Overview
As a Support Visual Merchandiser at Winston Retail, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates and executes merchandising strategies to drive in-store sales. You will work closely with the Visual Merchandising Lead to develop visual merchandising ideas and goals, ensuring a positive brand experience across select Walmart stores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the VM Lead to design and implement visual merchandising solutions
• Execute daily merchandising tasks under the direction of the Lead Visual Merchandiser
• Develop strong relationships with store teams across all roles within Walmart
• Utilize time management skills to complete objectives within scheduled shifts
• Follow all Walmart store processes and protocols
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of retail merchandising experience within apparel, footwear, and accessories
• Passion for retail merchandising and visual storytelling in an energetic environment
• Experience helping to develop and execute elevated visual merchandising concepts
• Flexible, adaptable, dependable, and trustworthy
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams)
